Before you start
Four things that make setup painless
Nearly every setup problem we see comes down to one of these. Two minutes of checking saves a lot of head-scratching.
Your login details
Username, password and server URL (or portal URL for MAG and Formuler), sent on WhatsApp.
A stable 15 Mbps
Test on the TV itself in the evening. Stability matters more than peak speed.
An up-to-date device
Install any pending system updates first. It avoids most app problems.
Ethernet if possible
A cable beats Wi-Fi for 4K and busy match days. 5 GHz Wi-Fi is the next best thing.

Quick answers to what people ask most before setting up.
Which device is easiest to set up?
A phone or tablet takes about three minutes. For the TV, the Fire Stick is the most popular choice and takes about five minutes with our guide.
Do I need to download anything?
On most devices you install one free player app, and your login works in any of them. MAG and Formuler boxes have the player built in, so there’s nothing to install.
How long does setup take?
Between three and ten minutes on most devices. Enigma2 receivers take a little longer the first time.
Which app works on the most devices?
IPTV Smarters runs on Android, Fire TV, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Windows and Mac, so it’s a good choice if you use several devices.
Can two devices stream at the same time?
One subscription plays on one screen at a time, but you can install it on as many devices as you like. Extra connections can be added on WhatsApp.
