Troubleshooting
Streams stop when I leave Wi-Fi
Check the app is allowed to use mobile data in your phone’s settings. Expect roughly 1–3 GB of data per hour in HD.
Sound but no picture
In the player’s settings, switch the video player (for example from “Native” to “VLC” or the other way round) and try again.
