The player apps you need aren’t in the Amazon Appstore, so you install them with a free app called Downloader. It sounds technical, but it’s just a few menu switches.
What you need
- A Fire TV Stick or Fire TV Cube, connected to the internet
- Your GoLiveOnTV login (sent on WhatsApp after you order)
- The Downloader code we send with your login
- About 5 minutes
Pick a method
Both work with the same login. If you’re not sure, start with the first one.
Method 1

Install Downloader
From the Fire TV home screen, go to Find › Search and type Downloader. Select the orange Downloader app and choose Get (or Download).

Turn on developer options
Go to Settings › My Fire TV › About. Highlight your device name (for example “Fire TV Stick 4K”) and press the select button 7 times, until you see “You are now a developer”. Press back.

Allow Downloader to install apps
Still in My Fire TV, open Developer Options › Install unknown apps and switch Downloader to On. On some older models this setting is called Apps from Unknown Sources.

Download the player
Open Downloader, select the address box, enter the code we sent you with your login and choose Go. When the download finishes, choose Install, then Done. Downloader will offer to delete the installation file: choose Delete to save space.

Log in and start watching
Open IPTV Smarters Pro and choose Login with Xtream Codes API. Enter any name you like, then your username, password and server URL exactly as we sent them. Select Add user, wait a minute while channels and the TV guide load, and you’re in.

Set up Downloader
If you haven’t already, follow steps 1–3 of the IPTV Smarters Pro method above to install Downloader and allow it to install apps.

Download TiviMate
Open Downloader, enter the TiviMate code we send you, choose Go, then Install. Delete the installation file when asked.

Add your playlist
Open TiviMate and choose Add playlist › Xtream Codes. Enter the server URL, username and password we sent, then select Next.

Choose your channel groups
TiviMate shows the channel groups it found. Keep the ones you want, hide the rest (you can change this later), and select Done. The TV guide fills in automatically.

Troubleshooting
Downloader says the app is blocked or won’t install
Go back to Developer Options › Install unknown apps and check Downloader is switched on. After a Fire TV update this sometimes switches itself off.
I can’t find Developer Options
It stays hidden until you press your device name 7 times under Settings › My Fire TV › About.
Streams buffer, especially in the evening
Restart the Fire Stick (hold Select + Play for 5 seconds), then clear the app cache under Settings › Applications › Manage installed applications. If your router is far away, an Ethernet adapter makes a big difference.
Login fails with “invalid credentials”
Details are case-sensitive and the server URL must include http:// and the port number. Copy them exactly from our WhatsApp message.

Which Fire Stick is best for IPTV?
Any current model works. The Fire TV Stick Lite and HD are fine for HD channels; for 4K, go for the Fire TV Stick 4K, 4K Max or the Cube, which also have more memory, so apps run more smoothly.
Is installing apps with Downloader safe?
Downloader is a well-known free app in the Amazon Appstore. Only install apps from the links or codes we send you, and switch “Install unknown apps” off again afterwards if you prefer.
Can I use the same login on more than one Fire Stick?
Yes, you can install it on as many devices as you like, but one subscription plays on one screen at a time. Extra connections can be added on WhatsApp.
What if the app stops working after an update?
Message us. We’ll send you the current code or a different player, and your login works in any of them.
