Web browsers can’t play IPTV streams directly, so you need one of the apps below.
What you need
- A Windows PC or Mac
- Your GoLiveOnTV login, including your M3U link (sent on WhatsApp)
- About 3 minutes
Pick a method
Both work with the same login. If you’re not sure, start with the first one.
Method 1
VLC Media Player
Free · QuickestThe free, open-source player you may already have. No TV guide, but it plays everything.

Install VLC
Download VLC for free from videolan.org and install it like any other program.

Open a network stream
On Windows, go to Media › Open Network Stream (Ctrl+N). On Mac, go to File › Open Network (⌘+N).

Paste your M3U link
Paste the M3U link we sent you into the URL box and choose Play (Windows) or Open (Mac).

Browse the channels
Open the playlist to see every channel: View › Playlist (Ctrl+L) on Windows, or Window › Playlist on Mac. Double-click a channel to watch.

Download the app
Download IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows or macOS from the developer’s official website. We’ll send you the link with your login.

Install and open it
Run the installer. On a Mac, if you see a security warning, open System Settings › Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.

Log in
Choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter your username, password and server URL.

Troubleshooting
VLC shows an error when I paste the link
Make sure you copied the whole M3U link, starting with http://, with no spaces at the end.
Choppy playback on Wi-Fi
Plug in an Ethernet cable if you can, and close other apps that are downloading in the background.
Windows & Mac: frequently asked questions
Can I watch IPTV in a web browser?
Not reliably. Browsers don’t support the stream format, so use VLC or a dedicated player app.
Can I connect my laptop to the TV?
Yes. Connect with an HDMI cable, or cast the screen to a Chromecast. For everyday TV viewing, a Fire Stick is usually easier.
